WP1 Project management (Leader: CUT): WP1 covers all consortium activities concerning administration, project management and technical coordination, including financial and technical reporting aspects, and overseeing progress within the project including deliverables.
WP2 Dissemination and exploitation (Leader: CUT): WP2 covers the development of the T-Sense exploitation plan together with public dissemination activities, including communication of activities to general public and outreach.
WP3 Radiation sensor design (Leader: CUT-UL): WP3 looks at the design of the OFS for radiation monitoring for external beam radiotherapy therapy and brachytherapy. WP2 has a strong interaction with the advanced micro-fabrication activities carried out in WP5.
WP4 Tissue oxygen sensor design and fabrication (Leader: CUT-UL): WP4 is the design and fabrication of OFSs to measure oxygen levels inside hypoxic tumours.
WP5 Femtosecond Micromachining (Leader: CUT): Use of specialist fsL micromachining for inscribing features in the OFSs and for evaluating suitability for mass manufacturability. WP5 will have a strong interaction with WP6 for system integration.
WP6 System development and integration (Leader: UL): Design and fabrication of micro features on the optical fibres, for sensor packaging for medical/industrial applications.
